Yoga
My style of yoga is a little bit of this and little bit of that. I incorporate elements of Iyengar and Yin, with Vinyasa dropped in there for that extra sweetness. Through my style of teaching, which is always focused on breathing through your body of the moment, we are able to see who we are in the moment and meet this version with an open heart and mind.
In yoga there is no end goal, no judgement of yourself or others. Yoga is about self discovery, self compassion and most importantly self love.
